Very important**

Holiday orders and PRE ORDER SHIPMENTS, Black Friday ORDERS, CYBER MONDAY ORDERS:

Due to the busy Holiday season and high volume sale Orders, orders may arrive later than normal. ORDERS SHOULD ARRIVE THE WEEK OF DECEMBER 19TH OR POSSIBLY SOONER.  PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAILS FOR TRACKING NUMBERS AND MONITOR THE WHEREABOUTS OF YOUR PACKAGES.

IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE WITH YOUR PACKAGE, PLEASE CONTACT THE MAIL CARRIER TO INQUIRE ABOUT THE WHEREABOUTS OF YOUR PACKAGE. TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE THIS HOLIDAY SEASON IS VERY IMPORTANT! WE ARE SHIPPING TO THE ADDRESS THAT YOU PROVIDED DURING CHECKOUT! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR SUPPORT!

***Please please please double check your address at checkout. Once the order has been placed it will be very difficult for me to go back and update those changes***

Are you open for commission work?

Currently my commission workload is pretty full, you may email me with your ideas, and I will take a look over it when I am available. 

How long will it take before my order is shipped? (HOLIDAY SEASON ORDERS WILL TAKE LONGER)

Your order will ship in the order I receive them. For paper and canvas prints, it will take 6 to 8 business days for the order to process. Once processed you will receive a tracking number. Sometimes this will occur sooner. All other products such as pins, stickers and decks will take 8 to 10 days before they are shipped. 

Where is my Tracking number? 
You will receive a tracking notification email as soon as I have that available.

Patience is key

Please remain patient, due to a high volume of orders, things do take time, as most items are made to order. Emailing me multiple times about an order will not rush the process. Please email me if it has been over 20 days since you have received any type of correspondence, please email info@pinklomein.com

IF a package is reading in transit via the tracking number please remain patient. Orders will not be refunded due to delayed packages that are beyond my control.

Coupon codes: Coupon codes that are not applied during checkout will not be applied afterwards. 

Do you ship to Canada or the UK? 

Yes I do, the shipping prices are a bit more pricier. You may purchase prints, greeting cards, and inspirational note card sets.

Do you provide refunds or exchanges? 

Absolutely no refunds will be provided unless there is an error on my end. Refunds will NOT be offered due to DELAYED SHIPMENTS. Pinklomein does not offer exchanges. Once an order has been made and delivered to your home address (due to covid) You cannot make a return or exchange.

Can I cancel my order? 

No Returns or Cancellations-Once an order has been placed, your order automatically gets sent to our factories for processing. This cannot be reversed nor refunded. Please take your time when placing the order. 

Can I repaint or copy your artwork? 

No you may not, all of my artwork is copyrighted. Unless otherwise allowed, please do not repaint any of my art to sell unless if use for personal use. MY original work may not be used for distribution or logos.
