Currently USPS is experiencing slower shipping speeds this season. Please be mindful and track your order. If there is a problem with your package shipment process, please contact the USPS 1-800 number or your local post office. Please make attempts to contact USPS when looking for a package.
PLEASE ENSURE YOU ENTER THE CORRECT ADDRESS DURING CHECKOUT. We are not responsible if your item is shipped to an incorrect address. You will not be refunded nor given a replacement item for entering an incorrect address during checkout.

international customers: Please be aware that your item may be held at customs for inspection, delaying the delivery time, and you may be charged a customs fee or import tax or similar. Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do about customs clearance - customs rules make the importer (the buyer - you!) responsible for these fees
Damaged artwork: If you receive damaged artwork, you must provide proof (images of damage) within 24 hours of receipt of package. 24 hours will begin once your tracking number says "delivered"
For all Original painting purchases please allow at least 3 weeks for your order to process and wrapped. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that Paintings ship 10 to 15 days after purchase date.
PRINT ORDERS are printed on demand, please allow at least 5 to 8 days before they are printed, packaged and shipped. Due to high volume orders, these do take time.
Absolutely NO refunds on purchases.

No Returns or Cancellations-Once an order has been placed, your order automatically gets sent to our factories for processing. This cannot be reversed nor refunded. Please take your time when placing the order.
No exchanges on any items due to sizing. All apparel sales are final.
No refunds on purchases because you made an order on Monday and want your package by Wednesday. (Not happening lol) things take time and I am a small business owner. Please order and give yourself at least 2 to 3 weeks to receive a tracking number.
***If you commit any type of fraud, open a charge back case through your bank, you will no longer be able to purchase from me again. You will be blocked and refunded without a product on future purchases.***
